TASTING NOTE
Intense, limpid and bright ocher yellow. On the nose it is complex, extremely floral, white flowers, geraniums and roses. The fruit is ripe, yellow apple, fresh figs, peach compote and apricot mousse with delicate nuances of fine herbs such as thyme and oregano.
In the mouth it is dense, balsamic, with an explosive entry, tasty, good structure typical of the long maceration, saline characteristic of an Atlantic wine and long persistence.
